  • Text you submit. The content you paste or upload to be analyzed, humanized, paraphrased, summarized, or citation-checked.
  • Payment information. If you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details such as plan, status, and the last four digits of your card.
  • Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through analytics tools.
  • Cookies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the Service and your account;
  • To process the text you submit and return results;
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, and updates;
  • To monitor, debug, analyze, and improve the Service;
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

3. How your submitted text is processed

To generate results, the text you submit may be sent to and processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers (for example, large-language-model APIs) acting on our behalf. We send only what is needed to perform the requested operation. We do not sell your submitted text, and we do not use it to publicly identify you. Where feasible, submitted text is processed transiently and is not retained longer than necessary to deliver and support the Service.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract, including:

  • Supabase — authentication and database;
  • AI/LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI) — processing submitted text to produce results;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Resend — transactional email;
  • PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel — product analytics, performance, and hosting.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public. If we undergo a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Submitted text is retained only as long as needed to deliver and support the requested operation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
