How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your Account dashboard, go to the Subscription tab, and click “Cancel Subscription” (Pro members can also use “Cancel plan” in the sidebar). Cancelling is self-serve and instant: it stops all future charges right away, and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You do not need to request a refund just to stop being billed.

What is your refund policy and how do I request a refund?

You can request a refund of your initial subscription payment within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction, and a refund of a recurring payment within three (3) calendar days of the transaction — in both cases only if you have not yet reached the trial threshold of three (3) uses of the Service (text generation) since that payment. Use the “Request a refund” button on this page; we review each request against the policy and reply by email, usually within one business day.

Why does my AI detection or humanizer result differ from another tool?

AI detection is probabilistic, not absolute — different tools weigh signals differently, and no detector is 100% accurate. We rewrote the humanizer and upgraded the detector in 2026 to target current-generation detectors, so text you tested earlier may score differently now. For the most reliable results, scan longer passages (short or heavily edited text is hardest to judge) and treat any score as a signal, not proof.

How do credits work, and what is the difference between Free and Pro?

The Free plan includes 3 credits per day (resets at midnight UTC) with a 500-word limit per use. Pro is $9.99/month and gives you unlimited daily credits, up to a 5,000-word limit per use, Ultra mode, tone customization, and advanced sentence scanning across the AI Detector, Humanizer and Citation Verify tools.

I can't sign in to my account — what should I do?

We use Google sign-in, so there is no separate password to reset. Make sure you are signing in with the same Google account you originally used. If you are still stuck, try a different browser or an incognito window, then message the team and we will help you get back in.

Question 6

I see a charge I don't recognize, or I was billed by mistake.

Accepted Answer

First, cancel from your Account dashboard so you are not billed again. Then message the team with the date and amount of the charge (forwarding the receipt helps) and we will look into it and tell you what we can do under our refund policy.

Is my text private when I use the tools?

Yes. We do not store, share or publish the content you submit to the detector or humanizer — it is processed to produce your result and then discarded. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

How accurate is the detector — can I rely on the result?

Accepted Answer

Our detector is highly accurate but, like every AI detector, it is not perfect and can produce false positives and false negatives. Results are informational only and must not be the sole basis for any decision about a person (such as grading or academic-integrity findings). Always corroborate with your own judgment.
