Refund policy

You may request a refund of your initial subscription payment within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction, and a refund of a recurring subscription payment within three (3) calendar days of the transaction, in each case only if you have not reached the trial threshold of three (3) uses of the Service (text generation) since payment.

Cancelling your plan is separate from a refund: cancelling stops future charges right away and keeps access until your period ends. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
